To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn't rectified. There is space for parking two cars in the driveway. Any additional cars will need to be parked in the church lot at the bottom of St Anne's street. There are many helpful accouterments in the house to make your stay more "home like". In the kitchen, count on the usual fridge door condiments + pantry staples, sugar, flour ( if you're into baking) coffee filters, tea bags, oils and vinegar etc. Help yourself , but please replace anything that you "use up"!
