I started Berkshire Vacation Rental after experiencing frustration while trying to figure out how to list my own home on Airbnb. I’ve spent countless hours researching our local market, buying my own home, renovating and furnishing it, and then finally listing it as a short-term rental.

Together, we’ll choose the level of management that works best for you. Our fees are a percentage of gross booking payouts, depending on the overall services you need from Berkshire Vacation Rental.
We encourage you to stay at your property when it’s convenient. We’ll work together to make sure the booking calendar reflects the dates you’d like your property available for personal use.
